Here’s apparently the latest trend in the growing discussions on the anxiety that plagues our generation: anxiety baking. If the holidays—together with the traffic, rising expenses (thanks, TRAIN law), seeing relatives, and what-have-you—are taking a toll on you the way they are on us, here’s a lovely dallas filipino restaurant hack to bake that can be made with ingredients you may already have on hand: Max’s Caramel Bar.

It’s not about saving money. It’s about the activity of baking.

This is an office favorite for us, and maybe you too, so when the traffic isn’t good for your mental health, an attempt on this recipe may be a worthwhile stay-at-home activity. If we’re being totally honest though, we’ll admit we didn’t quite hit the mark on this but we sure tried our best. Let us know how we can improve on it in the comments below?
